1. Overview

At Astromile, we strive to deliver the best astrological consultation experience. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our services, including consultations (chat & video call), puja bookings, and other paid offerings.

2. Consultation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms for astrological consultations (chat and video call sessions):

  • More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund will be issued
  • Within 24 hours of the session: A cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded
  • No-show: If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided
  • Professional no-show: If the assigned professional fails to attend, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered

3. Puja & Ritual Cancellation Policy

For puja and ritual bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled puja date: Full refund will be issued
  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled puja date: Cancellation is not permitted as preparations would have already begun
  • After puja completion: No refund will be issued once the puja has been performed

4. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days from the date of cancellation approval
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account

5. Rescheduling Policy

Instead of cancellation, you may choose to reschedule your consultation:

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times per booking at no additional cost
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session
  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to professional availability

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations (chat or video call sessions that have been attended)
  • Completed puja and ritual services
  • Digital reports and birth chart analyses once delivered
  • Gemstone recommendations once the consultation is completed

7. Technical Issues

If your session was disrupted due to technical issues on our platform (server downtime, connection failure from our end), we will offer a full refund or a free rescheduled session at your preference. Technical issues on the user's end (internet connectivity, device problems) are not eligible for refunds, but rescheduling may be accommodated.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  • Navigate to your booking in your account dashboard and use the cancellation option
  • Or contact our support team via email or phone with your booking details
  • Please include your booking ID, registered email, and reason for cancellation

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied or have a dispute regarding any charge, please contact our support team. We will review your case within 48 hours and respond with a resolution. For further details on dispute resolution, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
